I really enjoyed this book because you felt for Lily and all the badness that occurred but did not have to read all the gory details. It was a fitting end for Rick I was scared he was going to continue hurting the Risen family.

The first few pages were so so but I was suddenly hooked...a fabulous story of hope, love, strength and family. This would make for a great film....

  • By C Frank on 13 February 2017

A great start to the story, straight into it. I liked the chapters being viewpoints of different characters. Not how I thought it would end. A good read.

Readable - you want to know what happens - but immature. Broken ankle(s) but can still run - ????? And "lilypad" is super-annoying
