Cooking with Brew
Tonni Hinojosa was born and raised in College Station, Texas. He graduated from Texas State Technical College in May 1996 with his Associates in Food Services and Culinary Arts. His work experience includes being a chef and kitchen manager at as assortment of establishments such as the Hilton Hotel, Rio Grande Catering and the Tavern; all of which are in College Station. He currently is a partner and head chef at Bourbon St. Bar and Grill where he has utilized all of his own recipes. Tonni is also affiliated with the Texas Restaurant Association. Tonni has used his Hispanic heritage and love of beer to provide a truly unique cooking style that embodies Americana at its best. Eat it up!!!
